Yes sir. A few VSs can do that. In the VS manual section in the pause menu you should read all the controls of every VS that you enter. You'll learn a lot of new moves that way.

I totally agree. A LP2 remake (with cut content added) would be a dream game for me. LP2 is still blowing my mind though. Recently bought the biggest 32:9 monitor I could find and LP2 actually supports the full 8K 32:9. It looks utterly amazing. Made me fall in love with LP2 for the thousandth time 😁

@@legendarybrando348 Full solo campaign extreme deathless run? Damn...may the RNG be on your side then. If you can't stream then just record it and later upload it to YT. At least that way the video will be full native quality instead of shitty stream quality.

@@METALDANNY420 I play on Xbox and don't have anything to record other then the way I use to make videos which is the recording on Xbox that has a cap of 10min at 720p I think. Lp2 extreme deathless I don't think will be that hard other then certain bosses like queen and akrif X are 2 big examples.

@@legendarybrando348 If you also have a PC or laptop then I highly recommend to just buy a LP2 Steam key on a keysite for a few dollars. This way you can record anything and even use the same controller and account. Xbox One can record in 1080p and I think 30min or even up to an hour. But that's far from enough for a full run. PC is the way to go. Extreme deathless is probably harder than you think. The sniper area of 3-2 is already a good example of very dangerous RNG regarding all those enemy sniper spawns.

True, but the Sami player kept true to his truce that he made with the Andy player. They made that truce right after the 2nd Eagle player resigned since both Andy and Sami didn't have a teammate left. I didn't know about this truce until later so I almost fucked up by giving the Sami player a lot of room when I almost had him destroyed, because I went to distract the Andy player on the upperside of the map so that my brother had less enemy units to fight in the bottomside, which turned out to be the perfect strat. I warned the Sami player that his truce is not working out for him since Andy barely came to help Sami. So you are right, Sami should've attempted a sneaky Andy HQ cap. In the end it was a really cool match.

also i set my modem settings to allow ports between 10666-10700 on my static ip but my servers doesn't show up as online still, they are playable over lan tho

@@ahmettcavus Hey dude, welcome to the Zandronum community! I see that you have some knowledge about this Doom mod stuff already so that's good. Monster count is purely decided by the map maker. It's not decided by any settings. In other words...you cannot change the monster count for Sigil or any other Wad. The only other thing that somewhat affects it is Nightmare difficulty, but you probably already know that it just respawns dead monsters. It was John Romero his choice to have more monsters in co-op in Sigil. Most Wads don't spawn more monsters in co-op so you just happened to have picked a Wad that does do this. Try some other Wads and you'll see it's normal for most. I highly recommend you try my favorite Wad ever: ua-cam.com/play/PL0WG6DtyyjBLeX0kBiEa1pag9QyFGXoDW.html&si=WPbEOc1jUOtaIBlZ That your server is not publicly visible after port forwarding is strange. That tells me that a mistake has been made somewhere. Maybe your modem is weird and offers different ways to port forward of which the way you chose is not the right one. I've seen some weird modems in the past 20yrs since I started port forwarding, so I know this can be a tricky thing to get right. I assume you refreshed the Doomseeker server list multiple times after hosting while looking if your server is visible. Sometimes it takes 3-10 refreshes before yours finally pops up in the list for you. So if it never pops up after that many refreshes then there must be something wrong in the port forwarding. Especially if your friend never sees your public server either. You should check your server window after loading and then look what the last few lines say before it loaded the first map. One of those last lines has to be 'UDP Initialized.' ! If UDP fails then the port forwarding is incorrect, because UDP is what you used in the port forwarding. Which is probably what is going on with yours. Start over with the port forwarding and make sure everything is correct, extra focus on UDP selection. It's much easier to help you if you join my Discord server. There I host a multiplayer event almost every Saturday where we play all kinds of fun mods together with around 6-30 people. GeoIP fails for me too. Does not matter. As long as UDP initializes, because that's the connection you use for hosting. UDP is what you had to port forward on your router to make it work in the first place. These are the last 4 lines of my servers when I host them so you can compare: Authenticating custom protected lumps. GeoIP initialization failed. UDP Initialized. NAT discovery error: Fail to find an UPNP NAT. So as you can see GeoIP does not matter. Thanks for the follow. Join my Discord server if you're interested in joining my events. @@METALDANNY420 Thanks for this info, today i unticked UPnP, very briefly set up DMZ and tried again, my server poped up and worked great!, after turning off DMZ and later on back at my computer i did get a bunch of stupid adware, if i can get port forwarding set nicely i think i will have good success.

I use controller on default controls and there it's LB and RB for down and up. I'm guessing you use keyboard & mouse and I know from friends that those default controls can be really weird. You might have to rebind stuff or something.

Thanks man. This game never gets old. I've replayed it hundreds of times at this point. Mostly co-op ofcourse since that's tons more fun. All these solo records that I achieved in this video are still the world records for each chapter so if you feel like speedrunning yourself then feel free to use mine as inspiration. I'd love to finally see some people achieve better times than me and I wanna see how they did it. And this game has a lot of RNG timings in mission progression so that can matter a lot too and for this reason I have not attempted a full-game run (yet). I'm mostly a Doom modder and I play lots of other games too so I kinda don't wanna make the time for full-game run suffering :P Missing textures in ep3?? I can't remember ever seeing such a thing and I've played on 360, One and PC. @@ZyphisV Setting up the correct GFWL install only takes 10-30min and then the game works just fine online as if you are on a 360. Steam just does not provide the correct GFWL install so that's why most people don't get it working. This correct Steam Guide will help you with a step-by-step guide that has worked for everyone that I know. GeoIP does not matter. All my servers have GeoIP failed as well, but the server still works normally. As long as UDP initialized it should be fine. I know right?! I love how this game looks. Although it does look a bit better on my PC now compared to how it looked on my X360 13yrs ago, but either are pleasing to look at. The biggest difference is getting hundreds of FPS on PC compared to 30 FPS on X360. BL3 is kind of a mess so that doesn't surprise me. My PC is really good, but BL3 didn't run that good. Lots of AAA games have issues indeed. Hence why I mostly play games that are 10+ yrs old like LP2, Halo's, Classic Doom, Worms, Smash, etc. At least we're getting lots of remakes lately that are actually great like RE4. LP2 remake is never gonna happen, but holy shit that would be a dream game 😁 I've introduced 25+ people to LP2 in the past 13yrs and I'm still doing it. This game never gets old to me. It's an unfinished game, but so is Halo 2 and both these games are some of my fav games ever. Top-notch co-op.

LP2 recently blew my mind again. I bought the Samsung Neo G9 32:9 8K monitor and when I tried LP2 with it the game actually let me select the full 7680x2160 resolution at 120FPS. Superultrawide 8K LP2 is absolutely fantastic!!! This golden oldie of a game supporting current graphical settings without any updates should be an example for many games to come.

I didn't wanna play it any other way than the BD way 😁 Too bad that it partially breaks some maps so not all maps are really playable with BD.

Can he see the public server he made in Doomseeker himself? Not the blue LAN one, but the actual public one that everyone has to join too. If he can't even see that himself then his modem/router is blocking it. He would then need to port forward to get his servers to be visible. Check the bottom of the video description for tips on that.

You'll have to look up a port forward tutorial for that. I can't help much at all since every router/modem can be quite different. Use the link in the bottom of this video description for a link about port info. Use that info alongside a portforward tutorial to figure out how your router works. Using your router its name/model to find more specific info.

If you don't know how to kill Redeye quickly then he can be a giant pain in the ass for sure.

GzDoom can't multiplayer like that. Zandronum is the sourceport we use for multiplayer.

I'm glad it made you nostalgic. This game is still amazing and you can get it on Steam for like 6 bucks via Eneba.com. I've played it with a bunch of friends recently thanks to the cheap price. The co-op makes this game so much better. And there's even a PVP community for it in the Lost Planet Discord server (link in description) in case you're interested in that.

By simply trying it out and it works. BD just overwrites many of the Stronghold things like monsters and weapons. There are some issues like some maps spawn monsters that get stuck at spawn until you kill them.

Zandro forum is doing what? I barely ever posted anything there and I don't think I've posted this video on there. This is probably my only video where the n-word is used, but that's because there's a player skin in Idiotic LMS that has a taunt that keeps shouting the n-word and before the recording some people were spamming that (as usual with these "funny" players). So I guess the part in the video that you mention might seem racist if you don't know about that taunt, but yeah that's basically the context here. I probably should've bleeped it or something now that I hear it again years later, but at the time because of the context I thought nothing of it. I was just explaining to some new players about the taunts and I kinda phrased it badly. It's not like this actually makes me racist. My community has all kinds of people from all over the world and everyone is welcome (except for trolls). So what you mention about Zandro forum keeps deleting my posts is new to me and confusing.

Yeah the bad reviews kinda destroyed this game and it came out after Halo 3. LP2 is still an awesome game. A bunch of us still play it. Join the LP Discord server in the description.

What makes you think this is on easy difficulty? Literally every single clip is on Authentic difficulty which is the hardest. You can tell by NOT seeing things like tags, zoom levels, HUD (minimap, health, ammo) and white hold breath crosshair. And since it's Authentic there's actual wind influence on the bullet and that made it possible for me to shoot a few targets around a corner like the one in mission 2. Also bullet drop is obviously visible in these clips. There's no bullet drop on easy. And another example is not seeing HUD means not seeing the number of meters your kill shot got and this is the reason I had to put the numbers on screen for each clip.
